Blog Excerpt: “How To Finish a Project In 10 Minutes”

by Jon Haarstad on January 19, 2008

If you are human like me, then procrastination is too often the bane of our existence.  It’s so easy to put things off till this magical tomorrow-land that is something reserved for fairy tales with princesses and flying unicorns.

Here is an excerpt from a blog I read today.  He talks about an easy way to make sure your projects GET DONE instead of continue to pile up and loom over your desk and mind.

The next time you run into this problem [procrastination], tell yourself you’re going to work on the project for 10 minutes. Anyone can spare 10 minutes from their day, right? I guarantee that if you stick with your project for 10 minutes, you’ll end up working on that project a lot longer – just make sure you don’t work too much longer!
